Hywin Financial Holding Group Co Ltd acquires 35% of the share capital of Odalys

The law firm Thomas, Mayer & Associés (with Emma Bensoussan-Crémieux, partner), advises the Chinese society Hywin Financial Holding Group Co LTD in the acquisition of 35% of the share capital of the society Holding Tourisme and the concurrent creation of a joint venture in China in order to import there Odalys’s brand and know-how.

Odalys is a French society created in 1998, specialised in tourist accommodation in France, Italia and Spain. Odalys is a leader in tourism, student and aparthotel accommodation management, with a large portfolio of 357 residences, hotels and campsites covering the most touristic areas and located in exceptional sites.

Hywin Financial Holding Group was established in 1989 and is an international financial holding group with the headquarters in Shanghai. The group has more than 20 wholly-owned and subsidiaries with the AUM of USD10billion. Its business presents in over 40 cities in China with over 4,000 staff and also in USA, Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong.
