VESPERA AVOCATS, advises ANCA backed by German powerhouse Beta Group for their first investment in French production Outfit PERPETUAL SOUP to develop and produce ambitious TV series.

The law firm VESPERA AVOCATS advised the French company ANCA, an investor in audiovisual production companies.

ANCA (“A new creative alliance”) was created by two former Lagardère Studio executives, Rose Brandford Griffith (former Managing Director of French productions) and Christophe Thoral (former President of the production group sold to Mediawan), which is backed by German powerhouse BETA GROUP. ANCA’s objective is to provide specific support to each production company in which it invests.

The production company PERPETUAL SOUP was founded by the creators David Elkaïm and Vincent Poymiro (Ainsi soient-ils, En Théarpie) and the producer Jeremy Sahel.

ANCA was advised by the law firm VESPERA AVOCATS (Emma Bensoussan-Crémieux and Charlotte Callet, partners for the corporate part), the law firm NORMAND LEVY (Clémentine Normand Levy, for the intellectual property rights and audiovisual law part).

PERPETUAL SOUP was advised by the law firm SQUADRA (François Lan, partner).
