Acquisition of ACG Capital by Oddo BHF

Thomas, Mayer & Associés (with Emma Bensoussan-Crémieux and Karen Cherif, partners), advises the company AlphaPetroVision AG in the sale of 100% of ACG Capital to Oddo BHF.

 ACG and ACG Holding were advised by the law firms August Debouzy (with Laurent Cotret, partner, Jerome Therond, counsel and Charles Morel) and STC Partners (with Patricia Emeriau, partner, and Antoine Fouassier). Oddo BHF were adviced by Lacourte Tatar Raquin (with Serge Tatar, partner, and Christophe Marc Dablon).
